Rogue Eagles Big Bob Memorial IMAC Contest 2018

This year’s contest went very well, thanks to the help of many of our members and friends. We had 5 pilots in Basic, 3 in Sportsman, 3 in Intermediate, and 2 in Unlimited. Some came all the way from Seattle and Portland! The weather was perfect with temps in the low 80’s and calm winds.

Even though we had only 13 pilots, we elected to fly only two rounds of Known on Saturday, one round of Unknown, and another round of Known on Sunday. This low-stress schedule made for a very relaxed contest! From the feedback I received last year and this year, the pilots liked this unhurried schedule!

Overall, there were 11 pilots flying in the Big Bob Memorial IMAC 2018 contest. In no particular order they were: Dave Villwock, James Karmy, Jeff Borg, Jerry Stinson, Jim Spurlock, John Paul Takacs, John Takacs, Mike Freeburg, Roger Compton, Scott Hudson and Sean Mersh.
