The Tulsa Gluedobbers Contest is complete. I must say that we had a great contest and I think everyone who attended was glad to be able to get away for the weekend!

With the season starting so late, I will say it was HHHHHHOOOOOOOTTTTTTTT! On top of that we ran flights till 730pm on Saturday! What a full day!

Big thanks to the Gluedobbers for stepping up and having their first contest. They did a great job and the food was outstanding.

We tried to get the Social Media Updates to be steady and keep the live scoring coming. I apologize I did not upload the final preliminary scores before I left. BUT, the final scores are up now.

Overall, there were 20 pilots flying in the Gluedobbers IMAC Challenge 2020 contest. In no particular order they were: Allen Delger, Ben Chippeaux, Brian Christensen, Chris Shockley, Cooper Eaton, Daniel Powell, David Herron, Greg Dial, James Barfield, Jason Watts, Jeffrey Dye, Jonathan Chippeaux, Kent Shockley, Larry Kayich, Marc Lorenz, Mark Thurman, Nick Scharping, Rhett Lambert, Rich Whitlow and Rudy Voldrich. These pilots flew a grand total of 313 judged sequences.

Cooper Eaton won the Basic class. There were 6 pilots in Basic. The winning order was: (1) Cooper Eaton, (2) James Barfield, (3) Jason Watts, (4) Brian Christensen, (5) Ben Chippeaux and (6) Kent Shockley. They flew 6 known sequences (3 rounds) and 1 unknown round. The scores ranged from a low of 3,097 to a high of 4,933.7 (a range of 1,836.7 points).

Chris Shockley won the Sportsman class. There were 4 pilots in Sportsman. The winning order was: (1) Chris Shockley, (2) Jonathan Chippeaux, (3) Marc Lorenz and (4) Larry Kayich. They flew 6 known sequences (3 rounds) and 1 unknown round. The scores ranged from a low of 3,080.8 to a high of 5,000 (a range of 1,919.2 points).

Nick Scharping won the Intermediate class. There were 4 pilots in Intermediate. The winning order was: (1) Nick Scharping, (2) Rich Whitlow, (3) Mark Thurman and (4) Allen Delger. They flew 6 known sequences (3 rounds) and 1 unknown round. The scores ranged from a low of 4,116.4 to a high of 4,868.1 (a range of 751.7 points).

Rhett Lambert won the Advanced class. There were 6 pilots in Advanced. The winning order was: (1) Rhett Lambert, (2) Greg Dial, (3) David Herron, (4) Jeffrey Dye, (5) Daniel Powell and (6) Rudy Voldrich. They flew 6 known sequences (3 rounds) and 1 unknown round. The scores ranged from a low of 3,986.8 to a high of 5,000 (a range of 1,013.2 points).

Mark Thurman won the Seniors class. There were 5 pilots in Seniors. The winning order was: (1) Mark Thurman, (2) Allen Delger, (3) Jeffrey Dye, (4) Rudy Voldrich and (5) Larry Kayich. They flew 6 known sequences (3 rounds) and 1 unknown round. The scores ranged from a low of 622.587 to a high of 1,000.000 (a range of 377.413 points).

Jonathan Chippeaux won the Freestyle class. There were 5 pilots in Freestyle. The winning order was: (1) Jonathan Chippeaux, (2) Nick Scharping, (3) Chris Shockley, (4) Brian Christensen and (5) Cooper Eaton. They flew 1 freestyle round. The scores ranged from a low of 720 to a high of 1,000 (a range of 280 points).

The tightest competition was for 3rd place in the Freestyle class, with only 10 points difference between Chris Shockley and Brian Christensen.
