I was just on the AMA website and was looking to see what vendors were going to be at the AMA Expo East and I saw that IMAC has been given a table. It is number 502 in case you're interested. I don't know if anyone else is going to help but I can take Friday off again and get things started as well as help on Saturday. I know Mark Mackey was there all of Saturday last year. If anyone else is interested in helping at the Expo I would appreciate it.

Tony Boanno sent me a message last night that there is a fee for the booth this year ($125). Bill - If you can work with Tony (I sent him your contact info) and anyone else that is planning to attend, IMAC can cover the booth charge.

I also see that we get 4 name badges with the booth, but we have to register before February 1. So if anyone is interested in attending (February 23-25), please act quickly and let us know!

Hi Brad
Sorry to take so long in getting back, but I will be happy to do both Friday and Saturday. I know Tony Bonanno has helped out in the past on Friday, but if he can't make it I will be able to handle the whole day. I would appreciate some help on Saturday though. I don't know how the AMA wants to get paid, and hopefully Tony Bonanno can help with that. It would also be nice to have the IMAC banner if it is available.
Thanks. Bill

I have the banner, and will send it to either you or Tony. I'll need to get it back before Pegasus. Send me a shipping address. If I don't get it out in the next couple days, it won't go out as I'll be travelling.

We have around $9.70 in each shirt. Let's keep the number of shirts sent and who they are sent to. This way we will know where the shirts went and the amount we should receive. This was a small problem in 2014.

Probably just a typo or mistaken entry somewhere, but IMAC is being listed as having two separate booths at AMA East - 502 and 512. One of them is listed as International Miniature Aircraft Association, but shows IMAC and has IMAC's web address. Again, probably an entry mistake, but I'd hate to think IMAC is on the hook for two booths, or presenting divided efforts.

Ty that has been corrected.

Hi everyone here’s an update regarding the AMA expo show. Here’s the schedule of people working at the booth:

Friday 2/23 9-1 Tony B, 1-5 Jim Cyr
Saturday 2/24 10-1:30 Bill Bouchard
1:30-5 NEED HELP
Sunday 2/25 10-1 Mark Mackey
1-4 Kyle King

Please all confirm your time slots and we need someone for Saturday afternoon.

I will open the booth and bring the banner and 2018 worlds hats and shirts for sale with me that Mike Karnes will send me.

The last person at the booth must take the banner and hats and shirts with them and we will let that person know where to send.

I will forward an email I received from the AMA to those listed above and to Brad. I have ordered badges and will communicate in whose names the badges are in and the process to follow once at the show. My email will explain additional details to those working at the booth. Kyle - please provide your email.

Thank you all in advance and we still need one more slot filled.

I will also post this on the IMAC site.

Any questions please let me know.

Tony Bonanno

It is Saturday and I have the two name badges because the ticket booth was closed. Mark if you get this, I will be in the lobby Sunday at 9AM and if you are there I will turn the badges over to you or I will leave them at the Will Call window at the ticket booth.
