It is approx 3000 lines of VBA code.
If you change it , it would bee difficult for me to support it.
Any spesific change you are considering?

Hei

I have deployed a new version ( see first post )
- Whole rounds only.
When this is enabled all the classes will fly same number of rounds.

- Switch classes between flight lines.
When this is enabled it will switch the classes between the rounds.
Only effective when there is 2 flight lines and with distance between them are less than break time.

Both options are configurable on the configruation sheet.

I used this for our contest this past weekend. The only thing I found it that when it generates the score sheets it has 2 sequences for the unknowns.

The time one the schedule is correct and only has time allotted for a single sequence.

I also used this for my contest this weekend. I didn't use the generate score sheets function, but just the line scheduling and judging. Once I generated the overall schedule, I printed it out for both Saturday and Sunday. I ended up literally cutting up the paper copy for Sunday when we decided to complete round 3 on Saturday. It was easier than trying to manipulate the spread sheets. Overall I found it to be very useful and too a lot of stress off the CD, particularly related to the judging matrix.

Hi

Thanks for you feedback. I have made some changes.
I have added support for using a 1 sequence round at end of day, when there is no room for a 2 sequence round.
It can be turned on or off on the configuration sheet.
The lunch break are better aligned on the flight lines. Without this a judge could end up without a break,
in some situations. I have corrected, number of sequences on the score sheets , and removed some other minor bugs.

The latest version can be downloaded in the first post.
I am glad you find it useful, and that you are using it.
That means it wasn't wasted time to create it.

:-)
