Thanks, Ray, for stepping in and taking on the role of Regional Director for North Central! (I just saw your Introduction on the Regions/North Central page.) I am - and I hope all of us here on Team NCFR are - looking forward to your leadership and ideas for taking us into a new year and a bright future in IMAC.

I've had the pleasure of working with Ray Morton over the past year to improve my flying skills and get the most out of my "little" 95" Extra. He has been a great mentor to me and willing to give up his time to help when needed. So when he says call or email anytime, he means it!

Happy new year to you, Ray, and best wishes for a great flying season to all of us on Team NCFR!

Well said Greg. Ray has been instrumental in helping me along with any questions about building or flying. I've sent countless emails and texts. He always replies and always very thoroughly. Thank you Ray ! See you this spring !

Congrats Ray on your new appointment and I look forward to many happy times in IMAC with you at the helm for the NC region. Its great to see someone who "walks the walk" and your experience and enthusiasm will I know serve all of us well.
I am looking forward to hosting once again a Canadian IMAC Nationals this year at our home field in Sudbury, Ontario. We are hoping to ignite a bit of a revival with many of our past IMAC pilots who have been missed dearly on the circuit and would love to see our American brothers come up and enjoy the fun! Last time we hosted in 2008 we had 52 pilots and a ten grand budget! Not going for that high a bar but guarantee it will be like contests of old with lots of prizes, food, laughter and fun!
Cheers,

Lee Prevost

Lee,

Thank you for the kind words, you know that I will do my best to help promote and support the Canadian Nationals. Also, thank you for hosting this momentous contest again.

Thanks Ray. There is already a lot of work underway and we are currently working on the logos, swag for sale and hotel bookings. Every pilot will be getting a special event package which will hopefully add to the memories. I also have an updated flyer that I’d like to send you if that’s ok. Just a few important items added.
