Good stuff. Thanks for posting. Just curious, what did you think of some of the unlimited snaps? Maneuver 8 in particular.

The 1 and a half positive on the exit on # 8 was executed perfectly in my opinion. He may have rolled out of it at the end a little but its incredibly hard to tell on a video with no perspective.

I really like the way he shows initial pitch departure and presents the snaps overall. There were a couple where he rolled out, but I agree it is tough to tell on a video. He is obviously a very good pilot!

With that take-off he would zero the sequence - 2 of 4 to inverted then push ?? I think not.

As it turns out, both judges were looking down at their clipboards at the time. They missed the illegal maneuver and recorded both sequences with perfect scores. Fortunate.

Orthobird,
Do you have a link or email for Sacha? These are very helpful videos. Thanks for posting!

Until recently I never really understood the advice given to me in Basic that you can't improve, if you keep practicing the same mistakes (or something to that effect). Why would anyone practice mistakes? Then I put a camera in the cockpit and watched one of my Intermediate flights. Bingo! My wings were consistently not level - inside wing low - at altitude (at the top of an Immelmann or loop). Watching these videos will help me get a better sight picture of what wings level up high should look like.
