New to the website or IMAC? Welcome.

If this is your first visit to the website I just wanted to offer some help with navigation to some very helpful locations. I know when I first joined it was a bit daunting finding the information. Like the internet, this site is loaded with great resources. You do occasionally have to dig a bit but the search is normally worth the time and leads to more good information.

First, congrats in finding "Getting Started" in the Forum or The Hangar, As Glinda told Dorothy in Wizard of Oz, "The best place to start is at the beginning!" Hopefully, you have read the Home Page "What is Scale Aerobatics?", "How to Begin" and "Join IMAC", all great summaries of what it's all about. If you haven't checked those out, please do so when you can.

Now you're here in the Forum. As a guest (non-member) you will have read only, limited access but will be able to find some great references. If a link fails to work it is likely that it is housed in a "member only" area or directory. To gain full access and help support IMAC we suggest and ask that you join the community.

Without spoiling your "fishing expedition" to greater knowledge about Precision Scale Aerobatics, I will offer a very nice document to check out. The "2019 (updated to the current year sequence) Basic Known Guide" steps you through the Basic sequence, explaining the Aresti symbology and Judging criteria. We always say being a good pilot is only enhanced by being a good judge and knowing the rules. Link to guide: BASIC KNOWN GUIDE
Navigating to this document takes you from the Home Page to "Downloads", your "go to" menu for resources. Within "Downloads" you will find sub-menus, investigate all of them. "Training Files" contains "2019 Basic Known Guide".

Another exciting new initiative for newcomers to IMAC and Scale Aerobatics is the Novice class, you'll find it at Downloads>IMAC Forms. I'll let you go find that one.

Enjoy looking around and learning more about IMAC. When you join, you are welcome to ask any questions on the Forums.

Again, welcome and hope to see you as a member and at a contest soon. We are on FB too and many Regions have their own FB Groups.

Practice with a purpose, fly straight lines!
