well i did it again...thats 2 mej 30x12's and 1 pt 30x12. i talked to da and they said nothing should be causing it from the engines standpoint. the pt prop changes the equation of a bad batch of props. im going to try a 28.5x12 3 blade and see if it has a longer life span with my set up. btw all the props have been replaced at no charge from da and tbm.

nope, its a 150. also i dont know if its a true delam but the leading edge is splitting where it is "blended"

It's a little expensive, but I soak the Mej's. in Mona Vie for 24 hours before I mount them on the plane. The Mona Vie not only makes them stronger, but also more healthy. Smiley Face
