- SW Region Director – Kim Guenette will be appointed for 60 days as Kevin Garland has moved.
- Contests at Non-FRIA Sites – Dave Absent Not Discussed
- Local Judging Seminars 2024 – Primo Absent. Alex Discussed the need for local seminars at the beginning of the year and for the RD’s to administer what is needed for their regions. If help is needed, please get with Primo.
- General Business – Kim will lead a committee to study a more fair points system.

SC – All of our contests are completed. Unfortunately, due to the weather we had to postpone our IRPS final contest in Copan. There was still good attendance, but it was a bit low. The season went well. We are already gearing up and scheduling contests for 2024 as well as judging schools.
